Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Legal Professional with strong expertise in contract review, negotiation, and legal compliance across IT services and software licensing domains.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in drafting, redlining, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, and will act as a key stakeholder in legal risk mitigation and contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Draft, review, and negotiate:

- Software Services Agreements

- IT Staffing Agreements

- Master Services Agreements

- Partner Agreements, NDAs, Amendments, and Change Orders

- Analyze contracts for risk, legal compliance, and business terms.

- Support internal stakeholders in structuring deals, ensuring alignment with company policies.

- Handle contract management independently for regional business units (e.g., US West, Midwest, FCS).

- Collaborate with global/regional teams to ensure contract and subcontract compliance.

- Generate reports for monitoring contract status and obligations.

- Provide legal support for training sessions and offer insights into local legal practices and norms.

- Participate in policy development related to business practices, licensing, and compliance.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of progressive experience in Legal Advisory or Contract Management roles.

- Proven record in contract lifecycle management, especially in IT/software sectors.

- Strong negotiation and litigation support skills.

- Experience working with international teams and clients.

- Familiarity with tools such as Kroll, Concordance, Applied Discovery, Xerox, Documatrix.
