To achieve great things, we need more awesome people with an entrepreneurial mindset (we're little over 800 people now). - We are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner who is an entrepreneur by heart and experience to bolster our Management Team, a partner to take Mindseed forward with us. - Human Resource Business Partner is a very broad role with exposure to each facet of the business and it is on each one to define how wide and deep she/he takes it. - The role will also be very hands-on, so we are looking for people willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. - This means a Human Resource Business Partner has to consistently do things like : - Policy Implementation - Designing new policies to suit Operational Needs - Query resolution and ensuring quick TAT (Including Payroll related queries) - Ensuring Administrative Tasks and Paperwork are in order - Implementation of Centre level Team Management initiatives - Disciplinary Issues and actions - Performance Management - Engagement activities and events and other similar activities. - Creative solutions and ideas for developing talent - Essentially all activities to support the Business team in achieving their goals by managing all people related activities. - This role also requires to meet people at Centre so your love for Travel will be best utilised with us.
