About the Role: Strategic Contributor/leadership role, working with the CEOs office and instrumental in driving market and business development activities, market activation, client partnership, and key account management. Key Responsibilities : - Overall P&L responsibility including business strategy, operations and people management. - Provide strategic direction, motivation, leadership and proven general management ability to successfully increase profitability and ensure the Indian operations maintain its marketplace share and visibility. - Head the Sales Operations of the company directly, lead the organization, maintain customers and new customer acquisition initiatives. - Delivering a challenging business plan to achieve the objectives of cash flow, revenues, costs, risk, returns and controls. You are adept at articulating and tailoring your vision to motivate and elicit cooperation from different partners across the organization. Core skills, Personal Attributes and Attitudes : - Have a wholesome 15+ years of experience in Consulting Solutions sales - Global sales experience and Key Account Management experience is a must-have - You Have Experience of Managing / Building up A+ Tech Teams in India - Have experience in solution design and proposal formation - Possess excellent communication skills.
