Role Overview:


We are seeking a driven and strategic Account Manager Global Sales & Channel Partnerships to manage and grow Mikos international sales network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel partnerships, account management, and sell-through/sell-out enablement within consumer tech, toys, or new-age tech-driven consumer brands. This role will focus on managing key global partners and distributors, ensuring consistent sell-out performance, and driving revenue growth across markets such as Europe, the Middle East, the UK, and Southeast Asia.


Key Responsibilities:


Account & Relationship Management:


- Manage and nurture relationships with global distributors, channel partners, and key retail accounts.


- Act as the primary liaison for international partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and sales strategies.


Sales & Revenue Ownership:


- Drive sell-through and sell-out across assigned territories to meet revenue and volume targets.


- Analyze regional sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize partner performance.


- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective demand planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment.


Channel Development:


- Expand existing partner networks and onboard new distributors or retail channels in strategic international markets.


- Support partners with training, marketing assets, and retail activations to maximize product visibility and sales impact.


Business Strategy & Reporting:


- Develop and implement region-specific sales plans and quarterly business reviews with partners.


- Track performance metrics, forecast sales, and prepare analytical reports for management.


- Ensure compliance with partner agreements and monitor pricing and promotion activities.


Requirements:


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


- 4-6 years of experience in global account management, channel partnerships, or sales within consumer tech, toys, or modern consumer brands.


- Proven success in driving sell-through/sell-out performance and managing international distributors or retail channels.


- Strong understanding of global sales operations, channel dynamics, and retail ecosystems.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.


- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.


- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
