MicroGenesis Techsoft - Business Finance Manager/Finance Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Strategy & Leadership: Lead the finance function and contribute to the company's strategic decision-making.

- You will be a key business partner to senior leadership, providing financial guidance and expertise.

- Business Finance Operations: Oversee and manage all aspects of business finance operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

- This includes financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

- Sales & Cash Flow Management: Take ownership of the financial aspects of the sales process, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.

- You will also be responsible for robust cash flow management to ensure the company's liquidity and financial health.

- Individual Contribution: This is a hands-on role where you will not only lead but also act as an individual contributor, directly engaging in key financial tasks and projects.

- Decision Making: Use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide data-driven insights that inform critical business decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Educational Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Inter CA, or MBA Finance.

- Experience: 15+ years of professional experience, with a mandatory background in the IT industry.

- Core Skills: Proven expertise in business finance operations, sales, and cash flow management.

- Leadership Ability: Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to drive results.

- Individual Contributor: A strong willingness to be a hands-on individual contributor in a high-growth environment.
