Key responsibilities & accountabilities: - Drive the Customer Acquisition program for the organization & deliver as per targets. - Design programs for incremental customer acquisition & improving quality of acquisition. - Understand Data inputs & identify growth levers for customer acquisition. - Engage with the field CRM team & DC teams to drive Acquisition programs across geography. - Ensure on ground execution of all Acquisition related initiatives. - Act as a single point of contact for all customer acquisition related activities - Ensure 0-90 Days acquired customer's complete lifecycle management. - Quality of Acquisition / Hygiene to be maintained as per targets. - Strong analytical & data management skills required with expert knowledge on excel analytics. - Exposure to database marketing & data led customer acquisition. - Excellent co-ordination with internal (DC teams, Sales team) & external (vendors, promoters) stakeholders required. - Accurate & timely deployment of targets, monitoring of daily KPIs & productivity. - Ensure Customer Data Management accuracy levels from new acquisition & right target group onboarding. Skills & Experiences: - Experience of Designing programs for Customer acquisition, intervention for improving quality of acquisition & upgrading on the loyalty ladder. - Strong communication skills & negotiation skills - People management skills & ability to influence a large team.
