Experience: 4 -5 years Role
Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Professional with hands-on experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Labour Law Compliances, and Litigation Management. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting skills, the ability to handle legal notices and compliances independently, and experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Intellectual Property & Compliance:
- Filing, renewal and management of trademarks, copyrights, and other IP assets.
- Coordinating with external counsel for oppositions, objections and hearings.
- Maintaining repository and tracking status of all IPR matters.
Labour Law & Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensuring statutory compliance under labour laws (Shops & Establishment, PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
- Liaising with consultants/vendors and government departments for registrations, renewals, and assessments.
- Preparing compliance MIS, documentation, and audit support.
Litigation & Legal Support:
- Drafting, reviewing and vetting legal documents, notices, reply to notices and agreements.
- Coordinating with law firms and advocates for ongoing litigations.
- Supporting in dispute resolution, evidence preparation and court filings.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
- 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in corporate legal, compliance or law firms.
- Strong understanding of IPR laws, labour regulations, and basic corporate legal framework.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with ownership and meet timelines.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and ethics.
- Attention to detail with problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
