Job Title: Director of Sales

Location: Noida (India) / Domestic Sales

Reports To: Chief Growth Officer (CGO) / CEO

Department: Sales and Business Development

Experience Required: 12+ years in B2B IT Sales (preferably in IMS, IT Infrastructure, and SaaS)

Megamax Services is a rapidly growing IT Solutions provider with a stronghold in IT Infrastructure Management Services (IMS), IBM support, and emerging SaaS offerings. With a global presence across India, USA, UK, and the Philippines.

Role Overview:

The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and expanding Megamax's footprint across target geographies and industries. This role will require a strategic thinker and execution-focused leader with a deep understanding of enterprise IT services sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, target, and acquire new clients across verticals for IT Infrastructure, IBM services, Managed Services (IMS), and SaaS products.

- Develop and implement robust business development strategies to expand the company's client base and market presence.

- Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, outbound prospecting, events, and industry alliances.

- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Procurement Teams).

- Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead qualification, solution presentation, proposal development, and contract closure.

- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to shape customized client solutions.

- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to proactively adjust sales strategies.

- Participate in creating marketing and sales collaterals, pitch decks, and RFP responses.

- Ensure sales KPIs, revenue targets, and business expansion goals are achieved.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in IT sales and business development, preferably with exposure to IBM products, SaaS, IMS, and infrastructure services.

- Proven track record in acquiring mid to large enterprise clients and closing high-value deals.

- Strong network in relevant industries and ability to work with key stakeholders in client organizations.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated with strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities.
