About the Team : Meesho Superstore aims to revolutionise the way India shops for Grocery and towards that objective, we want to enable the lowest cost distribution for all daily needs. Grocery has the biggest share of the overall retail spend in India and is projected to be a $800B market in 2024, of which the majority contribution comes from non-metro cities. Grocery market in Metro and Tier 1 has become crowded with a lot of players trying to solve the supply chain but the higher cost of logistics restricts these players to disrupt the lower tiers. At Superstore, we are building the most cost-effective distribution channel to disrupt the grocery market in lower tier cities of India. Superstore is an early stage mini start-up within Meesho with a completely different supply chain and modus operandi. About the Role : - As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in building an intelligent Consumer Engagement & retention engine and lead the geographical expansion to make our offering available to all of India. - We are looking for a strong, independent and innovative thinker in the User Growth function. You will be working directly with org leaders within and outside the user growth function and own critical problem statements end to end. The role would work on defining the engagement and expansion strategy for the platform and then executing it. Your responsibilities will include identifying the key problems, setting the priorities, coming up with solutions and driving implementation in different types of projects. - We are looking for someone with a strong set of fundamental business skills, analytical abilities and great communication skills to join us. You will bring curiosity, flexibility and passion to work on the wide range of projects that we handle. What you will do : - Drive exponential user growth for Meesho Superstore by owning(not limited to) geographical scale up end-to-end and establishing a playbook while doing the same - Strategise, formulate and organise the engagement and retention strategy for Meesho - End to end responsible for scaling up and implementing new long-term initiatives with product teams and also bringing in efficiency in the execution of existing ones - Drive impact oriented collaboration with cross-org stakeholders What you will need : - Proven experience as a Strategy & Operations Manager between 2 to 5 years. - Thorough understanding of Operations, people and stakeholder management. - Strong user empathy and problem-first mindset. - Strong analytical experience Outstanding leadership and organisational skills.
