About the Role:

- As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping large-scale outcomes for a high-impact vertical within the organization. Your decisions and solutioning will influence growth, efficiency, and customer experience at scale.

- You will operate with high ownership and autonomy, including building teams, setting up processes, and driving execution end-to-end. A key responsibility will be owning the overall P&L for the unit you lead.

- Where required, you will collaborate closely with Product, Technology, and Strategy teams to design and implement scalable solutions.

What You Will Do:

- Lead strategic initiatives from problem discovery to execution, identifying high-impact (10x) opportunities

- Drive implementation with full ownership, ensuring measurable business outcomes

- Apply strong prioritization across short-term wins and long-term strategic goals

- Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to deliver complex projects successfully

- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement

What You Will Need:

- Bachelor's degree in Technology or a Master's degree in Management

- 6-10 years of relevant professional experience

- 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting or implementation consulting

- Prior experience in fast-paced, technology-driven environments is a plus

- Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills

- Proven ability to work across functions and influence stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

- Own revenue outcomes and plan, optimize, and manage P&L for the unit

- Define and execute operational strategy, including financial and operational planning, forecasting, monitoring, and reporting

- Identify and address gaps in customer and partner journeys through structured strategy and execution plans

- Develop a deep understanding of the product, user behavior, and market opportunities

- Build, mentor, and scale a high-potential team capable of independently driving initiatives

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and track key performance metrics

- Monitor performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis to drive continuous im
