Reports to: CXO & GM, AI Services

Why this role exists:

We are building the first of its kind AI Services business where - we sell outcomes, not software licenses. After Sales lands the logo, the Head of Revenue realizes and grows the account: expands volumes and use cases, renews on stronger terms, and partners with Product, Tech/Data Science, and Operations to deliver measurable results across CX, Sales, and Collections-at target margins. In a nutshell - Own revenue, margin, and renewal/expansion for every live client-turn signed intent into scaled outcomes, faster.

What makes this role different (General mgmt in AI-era):

- Outcome > activity: You'll negotiate and lock business KPIs (resolution, conversion, promise-to-pay) and tie commercials to them.

- Productized revenue: Treat use cases as SKUs/playbooks; move clients from POC - Pilot - Scale via stage-gates and A/B-backed proof.

- Data-first storytelling: You'll live in dashboards (NRR, GM%, outcome delta, cost/interaction) and drive executive QBRs with hard evidence.

- Builder mentality: Roll up sleeves with Ops/Tech/product when needed-unblock integrations, redesign SOPs, push eval gates, shape pricing.

- Vision and Strategy: You'll be driving the vision, strategy and execution of the entire charter with the CXO. Evolving strategy and positioning will be paramount as we will build this new business from ground up.

- Launch new services: As the business grows launch new services to expand the portfolio of services helping us reaching the overall vision

What you will own:

- Revenue & Margin: Handover from Sales - ramp to steady state; expansion pipeline; NRR; gross margin by account; on-time renewals.

- Commercial Architecture: Outcome-based pricing, slabs, step-up plans, change requests (CRs); protect margin while creating win-wins.

- Stage-Gates & Delivery Rhythm: POC - Pilot - Scale criteria; time-to-value; incident/risk governance with Delivery/Head of Ops.

- Use-Case Expansion: Land & expand across CX, Sales AI, Collections AI; prioritize dispositions/journeys with highest ROI.

- Executive Relationships: Multi-threaded ties with CEO/CFO/CX/Collections heads; set the narrative and earn "trusted operator" status.

- Account Hygiene: Forecast accuracy, billing accuracy, DSO risk watchlist, renewals calendar.

Outcomes you're accountable for:

- Topline: Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Renewals on time, Expansion ARR/annualized run-rate, Pilot- Scale conversion.

- Unit Economics: Gross margin by account, cost/interaction trending down, pricing discipline (slab/volume realization).

- Time-to-Value: POC - 14 days, Pilot - 8 weeks; QBR value stories every 30-45 days.

- Client Results: Target resolution % / conversion % / promise-to-pay % achieved on covered flows; CES/CSAT delta narrows.

- Risk: No surprise churn; incident MTTR within contract; red-amber-green health is accurate and early.

Who you are (success profile)

Education: Top-tier undergraduate degree; MBA preferred.

Experience (8-15 yrs): Revenue-owning, client-facing roles (post-sales / growth / GM / solutions / success) with P&L or margin responsibility in fast-growth environments.

Consulting / Enterprise chops: Background in management consulting (e.g., strategy/ops at leading firms) and/or ownership of enterprise accounts at a high-growth tech/startup; proven cross-functional program leadership.

Product management experience: this is a bonus and not mandatory;

High-growth & learning mindset: Seeks feedback, runs tight postmortems, codifies learnings into playbooks, and actively upskills self and team.

Numbers-native: Comfortable with pricing models, cohorts, unit economics; operates from dashboards (SQL/Looker/Excel fluency a plus).

Negotiator & operator: Structures outcome-based commercials and dives into ops to remove blockers without losing margin discipline.

Executive presence: Clear, concise communicator with C-suite; sets narrative; holds the line on scope and economics-respectfully.

Builder mentality: Turns ad-hoc wins into repeatable SKUs/playbooks; comfortable with ambiguity and speed.

Empathy & client insight: Understands multilingual Indian consumers and large-enterprise realities; balances policy with customer care.
