Medika Bazaar - Territory Sales Manager

Job Title : Territory Sales Manager - Wound Care & Haemostatic Solutions.

Department : Medical Consumables Sales.

Reporting To: P & L Head.

Role Overview:

- We are looking for a highly motivated and clinically oriented Territory Sales Manager

- Drive sales of a specialized wound care portfolio including Wound Clot (haemostatic agent), specialized bandages, Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT), Vacuum Assisted Therapy, and advanced dressings.

- The role demands strong sales acumen, deep clinical engagement, and relationship-building skills within hospitals, surgical departments, ICUs, trauma care units, and wound management clinics.

- Sales & Business Development - Promote and sell Wound Clot, NPWT systems, vacuum dressings, specialized surgical bandages, and advanced wound care dressings (hydrocolloid, alginate, antimicrobial, foam, etc.).

- Identify and develop key accounts across hospitals, trauma centers, ICUs, burn units, and surgical wards.

- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through active territory management.

- Clinical Promotion & Product Trials - Conduct clinical demonstrations and trials in coordination with surgeons, plastic surgeons, wound care specialists, intensivists, and nursing teams.

- Train healthcare professionals on correct usage, application techniques, and benefits of advanced wound care technologies.

- Support CME programs, workshops, and hospital in-services to drive product awareness and clinical acceptance.
