On a look out for a Media Director to work with an Integrated Advertising agency.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the senior position to join our highly energetic & enthusiastic team.
In this challenging position, you will work with the teams across to develop and implement complex media plans.
We will give you exposure to all functions within Media negotiation, ad serving & implementation, and execution.
The types of plans and budgets you will work with will vary greatly, and you will gain experience with all different mainline mediums.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with creative teams on campaign elements, including banners, email, rich media, search marketing, etc.
- Coordinate negotiations with media vendors.
- Constant communication & coordination internally within teams.
- Track media expenditures to ensure agency and client budget compliance.
- Hands-on experience on Campaign Management platforms.
- Able to build client-relationship by proposing new digital marketing solutions/services and strategies on a regular basis.
- Lead, guide & supervise the Digital planning/buying team.
- Develop annual and IMC campaign strategy along with the budgeting.
- Provide best-in-class solutions for media planning and buying followed by campaign execution, measurement, and post evaluation.
- Drive long term media deals and sponsorship proposals for strategic solutions and efficient delivery.
- Key touch point for all media partners/vendors and client.
- Provide consistent education/training to internal team and new employees to familiarise them with the Digital ecosystem.
Must To Have:
- 10 years online/digital/interactive advertising experience required.
- Willingness and motivation to learn.
