We are looking to hire exceptionally motivated and talented professionals to join our Legal team and be partners in this exciting journey. Work days: 6 days. Location: Gurgaon. Roles & Responsibilities: - Efficient Contracts Management: Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of various contracts including but not limited to Non-Disclosure Agreements, Lease Agreement, Leave and License Agreement, Master Service Agreements, Manpower Agreements, Operation & Maintenance Agreements, Service Level Agreements and Memorandum of Understanding etc. - Banking related arrangement: Assist with the review and closure of various banking needs and documentation with the banks like sanction letters, loan agreement, escrow arrangement, etc. - Other arrangements: Arrangements for software license and AI development, real estate,related party transactions, employment & labour matters, POSH matters, CSR matters, etc. - Transactional Work: Assist in various transactions undertaken by the Group like joint venture, collaborations, merger & acquisition, share purchase & shareholders arrangement, operation & management, revenue share arrangements, etc. - Includes conducting due diligence and interaction with external legal counsels in this regard. - Independent interaction with senior management/ HoDs: Interaction with senior management and internal/ external clients to better understand their requirements, address their queries and ensure smooth resolution and closure. What we are looking for: - 5 years programme (LLM,LLB)from a reputed college. - 8-12 years of experience in relevant areas corporate law, Company Law, SEBI, IPR (with 2-3yrs of experience in a Law Firm Preferably).
