MDM Consultant

Experience: 8-13 Years

- We are looking for an experienced MDM Consultant with strong expertise in the Reltio platform to lead end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade MDM solutions, especially within the telecommunications domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver enterprise-scale Master Data Management (MDM) implementations using Reltio.

- Manage all facets of Reltio platform usage including Reltio Cloud, Data Hub, APIs, and integration frameworks.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather MDM requirements and convert them into scalable solution designs.

- Drive data governance, data quality, and data stewardship best practices across domains.

- Develop data models, perform entity resolution, and manage complex hierarchies within Reltio.

- Provide technical leadership to project teams and ensure alignment with organizational data strategy.

- Work closely with telecom business units to understand industry-specific data management needs.

- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure high-quality data across systems.

Mandatory Skills:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in MDM programs, focused on Reltio.

- Deep hands-on expertise with all Reltio components (Cloud, Data Hub, APIs, integrations).

- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data stewardship.

- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale MDM solutions.

- Strong understanding of data modeling, entity resolution, and hierarchy management.

- Telecom domain experience (highly preferred).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

- Experience with Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with ETL tools, data lakes, BI technologies, and data integration patterns.

- Understanding of telecommunications regulatory compliance related to data management.
