This is a high learning oriented profile and hence we are looking at adriot professionals to take up the challenging responsibility and be a part of an amazing work culture and a resourceful team.  Desired Skills and Experience  - Bachelor's degree in any field.  - Minimum of 3 years experience developing instructor-led, eLearning and/or virtual learning solutions desired.  - Prior experience of having worked in developing a modle in soft skill is a must.   - Expertise designing in one or more eLearning authoring packages (e.g. Learning Accelerator, Captivate, Lectora, Articulate Storyline, Adobe eLearning Suite).  - Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.  - Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Design Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.  This is a Mumbai based position.  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.  - Well-developed analytical skills  - Well-developed critical thinking skills.  - Strong problem-solving abilities.  - Ability & willingness to question status quo. Practices and influence others through persuasion and demonstration.  - Ability to conceptualize innovative ideas & solutions.  - Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.  - Ability to concurrently manage multiple assignments.  - Solid understanding of Learning Theory and Instructional Design Theory.  - Fluency and comfort in the use of technology in everyday life.  - Ability to work independently, as directed.  Position Responsibilities:  - Designs learning programs for delivery   - Uses rapid development authoring tools, development of course materials that are functional, intuitive, and consistent with sound instructional design and adult learning principles.  - Evaluates instructional effectiveness of programs offered.   - Consults with SME and/or department leaders to develop and evaluate instructional programs, materials, methods, and teaching and assessment techniques.  - Applies instructional design and adult learning theory to propose solutions that are cost-effective, easy-to-create/maintain/scale, visually and instructionally compelling.  - Designs creative and interactive training content including demos, job aids, surveys, quizzes, pre and post-tests, and learning activities.  - Collaborates in the evaluation of training and learning programs.  - Participates in continuing education to maintain and update understanding of and knowledge about instructional technologies.  - Provides quality assurance for all instructional design processes and deliverables (e.g. application of learning theory and sound instructional design principles, and use of appropriate templates and branding).  - Authors instructional design documentation including design templates, standards, style guides, technical specifications, straw models, video scripts, train-the-trainer, pilot materials, and errata sheets.
