Title: Company Secretary &amp; Legal Officer (reporting to CFO) Experience: Ideal candidate would have 2-5 years of experience in CS &amp; Legal work. CS membership number is required for this role. LLB degree preferred but not necessary. Strong written &amp; verbal communication skills are required for this role. Key responsibilities: - Perform all activities required to keep company fully compliant on Companies' Act &amp; RBI laws (Eg: FEMA) - Coordinate and manage all aspects of legal due diligence and documentation for equity and debt fund-raising - Contract management of legal agreements entered into by Company - Vet &amp; negotiate legal agreements shared by vendors &amp; investors (not required to draft legal agreements) - Draft official communication to government authorities, investors, vendors, business partners as needed
