Key responsibilities: - Perform all activities required to keep company fully compliant on Companies' Act &amp; RBI laws (Eg: FEMA) - Coordinate and manage all aspects of legal due diligence and documentation for equity and debt fund-raising - Contract management of legal agreements entered into by Company - Vet &amp; negotiate legal agreements shared by vendors &amp; investors (not required to draft legal agreements) - Draft official communication to government authorities, investors, vendors, business partners as needed
