Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Regional Legal Manager LAP.
- The role includes the preparation and review of legal documents, ensuring legal compliance, consulting on legal matters, and managing legal affairs within the region.
- Additional responsibilities include supporting the company's legal strategies, handling litigation cases, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address legal issues effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Law and Legal Compliance.
- Expertise in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Consulting.
- Strong understanding of Legal Affairs and the ability to manage related responsibilities.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional degree in law (LLB or equivalent) with experience in the finance or NBFC sector is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment.
