Maruti Ispat & Energy - General Manager - QAD

1. Should have good knowledge of DRI , CPP , SMS , Strip mill and Pipe mill

2. Should have knowledge of BIS audits and approvals

3. Should have good knowledge of raw materials like iron ore, pellets, coal, dolomite etc

4. Should have knowledge of NABL approved labs and testing procedures of raw materials

5. Should be capable of identifying and analyzing defects and find solution

6. Should be willing to travel to travel and attend customer complaints and get them resolved

7. Should understand KRA , KPI and other performance evaluation tools

8. Should be conversant with ERP system

9. Should look at candidates with experience in alloy steel sector, Integrated Steel.
