As a Sales Head for a Fintech, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to achieve sustainable growth in the lending business.

Key Responsibilities -

- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve sustainable growth in the lending business.

- Build and manage a high-performing sales team that consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to expand the company's reach in the market.

- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure the sales strategy is aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

- Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.

- Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement sales training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with customers and prospects.

- Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices.

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is preferred.

- Experience in sales and business development, preferably in the lending industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and managing a high-performing sales team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, with a strong understanding of market trends and competition.

- Experience in the fintech industry is preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
