- We are now looking for a Head of FP&A who can bring sharp financial thinking to every business decision - and drive a rigorous financial operating model across the company.

Role Overview:

- The Head of FP&A will build and run our financial planning, forecasting, and business performance management processes.

- This is a role for a builder, not just a reporter. We are looking for someone who understands how to drive business decisions through financial insight - and can operate in the realities of a scaling platform with multiple revenue lines and complex operational dynamics.

- You will work directly with the Board - and be the key driver of our financial rhythm across S&OP, Board reviews, and investor reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and own the company's financial planning and forecasting model - including revenue, contribution margins, cash, and burn.

- Drive KPI-based financial models that link operational levers (migration funnel, fill rates, retention, Nest occupancy, platform take rate) to economic outcomes.

- Develop and run our monthly S&OP cadence using a financial lens, enabling leadership to make decisions grounded in real data.

- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital planning with precision - ensuring we maintain financial control as we scale

- Produce high-quality Board and investor reporting - with credible business performance analysis and future outlook.

- Build an FP&A rhythm and culture within the company - ensuring Finance acts as a business partner, not just a control function.

- Work hands-on with the Finance, Operations, and Data teams to ensure we are running a transparent and actionable financial engine-even with imperfect data inputs.

What We Are Looking For:

- 10-12 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and operational finance roles

- Proven ability to build KPI-driven financial models and link operational drivers to financial outcomes

- Deep experience in cash flow forecasting and cash discipline

- Intense exposure to S&OP processes - understands how to embed financial thinking into operational reviews.

- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with imperfect or evolving data

- Strong experience in preparing Board packs and investor-facing financial analysis

- Experience in fast-scaling environments - ideally startups or operationally complex businesses (marketplaces, gig platforms, consumer platforms, logistics, or services)

- Not a pure accountant or large-corporate FP&A manager - must have operated close to business levers in past roles.
