Job Profile: Outbound Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Marketing Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will focus on identifying target markets, generating leads through outbound channels, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives.

This position offers hands-on experience at the intersection of marketing and sales, giving you exposure to lead generation, campaign execution, and client outreach in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Job Responsibility:

- Research and identify potential clients and target markets.

- Generate leads through email campaigns, cold outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.

- Connect with prospects on LinkedIn, nurture relationships, and build a strong professional network.

- Engage with target audiences by commenting on LinkedIn posts, joining relevant groups, and contributing to discussions to increase brand visibility.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

- Assist in creating and maintaining lead databases and CRM entries.

- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive awareness.

- Coordinate with the sales team to hand overqualified leads for conversion.

- Track, analyze, and report lead generation activities and performance.

Skills & Requirements:

- Master's/Bachelors degree (any discipline; preference for Marketing, Business, or related fields).

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, or sales is a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team.

- Strong research, organizational, and analytical abilities.
