Marketing Manager - Real Estate/Hospitality

Location: Mangalore.

We are supporting our client, a leading coworking and managed office brand, in identifying a senior marketing leader to drive brand strategy, oversee integrated marketing initiatives, and strengthen overall market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and own the brand and marketing strategy.

- Ensure consistent communication across all channels.

- Oversee digital, offline, content, PR, events, and performance marketing.

- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

- Drive data-backed decision making and manage marketing budgets.

- Strengthen community engagement and key partnership.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles.

- Strong expertise in brand building and digital marketing.

- Proven track record of leading teams and executing impactful campaigns.

- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Experience in coworking, real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors is preferred.
