About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Leader to drive our marketing strategy, strengthen our commercial positioning, and lead our market intel functions.
This is a senior, cross-functional leadership role that combines strategic marketing, business development support, and analytical insight to position our services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute the organizations end-to-end marketing strategy, covering brand positioning, digital marketing, corporate communications, and campaign management.
- Define and lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies tailored to service-based offerings across target industries, with a specific focus on GCC and Agri-tech pursuits.
- Champion the organizations thought leadership initiatives through events, digital campaigns, and content marketing aligned to strategic business priorities.
Market Intelligence & Research:
- Lead the market intelligence function to continuously track GCC market trends, competitor positioning, and emerging opportunities within Agri-tech and service sectors.
- Deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify white spaces and market entry opportunities in new geographies or sectors.
Commercial Strategy & Business Enablement:
- Support sales teams with data-driven insights and marketing collateral (presentations, case studies, proposal decks).
- Develop compelling content and communication materials that highlight the organizations capabilities in alignment with current GCC market trends.
- Ensure seamless integration between marketing, sales, and market intelligence functions to achieve business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 12 to 15 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand leadership, and market intelligence within service-oriented or technology consulting organizations.
- Proven experience in developing marketing strategies for GCC markets and/or Agri-tech initiatives.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate insights into measurable outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Strategy, or International Business.
- Prior experience in technology consulting, digital services, or Agri-tech.
- Deep understanding of GCC market dynamics and business environment.
- Proven success in positioning and scaling marketing functions within a high-growth organization.
