Role Overview:
- The Enterprise Sales Manager will lead strategic enterprise sales for MapleCloud's product suite across India and select international markets.
- You will drive solution-based sales spanning cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and OT automation, positioning MapleCloud as a single-pane-of-glass platform for digital transformation and security.
- This role demands a strong mix of technical acumen, enterprise relationship management, consultative selling, and strategic account planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Business Development.
- Identify, engage, and close enterprise-level opportunities across private and public sectors.
- Build C-level relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and IT Directors in industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Energy, Education, and Government.
- Drive MapleCloud adoption within existing accounts and expand into new verticals.
Solution & Consultative Sales.
- Position MapleCloud's integrated portfolio including XDR, SIEM, ZTNA, Firewall, SD-WAN, DMS, LMS, and OT SOC.
- Conduct in-depth requirement analysis, ROI discussions, and solution presentations.
- Coordinate POCs, demos, and technical workshops with pre-sales and solution architects.
- Deliver customer-specific value propositions addressing compliance, visibility, and automation goals.
- Strategic Account & Partner Collaboration.Develop account penetration strategies and long-term enterprise relationships.
- Collaborate with system integrators, OEM alliances, and technology partners for joint bids.
- Influence RFPs and tenders through early-stage engagement and value positioning.
Pipeline & Revenue Management.
- Own Monthly/quarterly and annual revenue targets across assigned sectors.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline health in CRM tools.
- Ensure timely deal closure, documentation, and handover to delivery teams.
Market Intelligence & Brand Representation.
- Track competitor strategies, emerging technologies, and customer trends.
- Represent MapleCloud at cybersecurity summits, CIO forums, and Smart City expos.
- Provide structured feedback to product and marketing teams for roadmap alignment.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7 years in enterprise B2B technology sales, preferably in cybersecurity, IT networking, or automation.
- Proven success selling to large enterprises, PSUs, or government verticals.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity architectures, NMS/EMS systems, SD-WAN, and OT security models.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and contract negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead solution presentations and manage high-value, multi-product deals.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business (MBA preferred).
