Manufacturing Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects within defined scope, timelines, and budget. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with domain experience in the commercial vehicle or bus manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule

- Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies

- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, clients, and team members

- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and meet quality standards

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution

- Coach, mentor, and support team members in achieving assigned tasks and goals

- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders

- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes

Required Qualifications:

- Post Graduate Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

- Minimum 60% academic performance throughout education

- 7+ years of professional experience, including relevant project management exposure

- At least 23 years of experience in reputed Commercial Vehicle/Bus Manufacturing companies

- Strong business acumen with expertise in project planning and execution

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is an added advantage
