Manufacturing Consultant - Sterile Injectables - MBB Consulting Firm - Contractual

- Our client, a leading global consulting firm is supporting a major Indian pharmaceutical organisation on a large-scale digital transformation program focused on operational excellence and AI-led productivity enhancement.

- To support on the case, the firm is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Consultant with experience in the manufacturing of sterile injectables.

- The consultant will advise on process transformation, digital enablement and value realisation across plant operations. The consultant will shape high-impact digital use cases, define future-state operating models, and lead execution alongside the consulting team, client leadership and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and prioritise digital/AI use cases across pharma manufacturing

- Redesign processes and define the target-state operating model for factories

- Build business cases including KPIs, cost savings and EBITDA value

- Drive PMO execution, partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors

- Support implementation and scale-up of digital initiatives across sites

Your Background:

- 5-10 years' experience Manufacturing experience (sterile injectables) within Indian Pharma (industry or consulting)

- Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and exposure to digital/AI applications in pharma operations and OT environments

- Engineering degree preferred; MBA a strong advantage

- Experience in stakeholder management and transformation delivery

Duration: 12 months (extendable).

Work model: The engagement is based in Delhi/Mumbai/Ahmedabad.
