- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business development Manager to join our growing enterprise software sales team.
- This role is ideal for professionals with a successful track record in B2B enterprise software sales, particularly within the construction industry or earthmoving equipment rental sector.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing strategic accounts, and delivering customized SaaS/ERP/CRM solutions to large-scale industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within construction firms, contractors, and equipment rental/logistics companies.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their business processes, challenges, and goals.
- Recommend and demonstrate tailored enterprise software solutions including ERP, asset tracking, fleet management, and field operations software.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead generation and prospecting to demos, proposal development, pricing negotiation, and contract closure.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and software capabilities.
- Use CRM tools to maintain sales pipeline, track activities, and generate accurate forecasts and reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to increase brand visibility and market intelligence.
- Oversee post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction, renewals, and account growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales (SaaS, ERP, CRM).
- Strong domain expertise in construction, logistics, or heavy equipment rental.
- Proven ability to close complex B2B deals involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of digital transformation, asset lifecycle management, and field operations automation.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a passion for solving client challenges through technology
