Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales lifecycle - from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the biometrics domain.
- Identify and acquire enterprise, government, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to design customized solutions.
- Manage RFPs, tenders, and large-scale bidding processes (especially government projects).
- Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures.
- Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure consistent business growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in biometric and security solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members (if applicable).
Required Skills & Experience
- 10-12 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales, with a strong focus on biometric solutions (mandatory).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Prior experience working with biometric companies (Fingerprint, Face Recognition, Iris-based solutions).
Strong understanding of:
- Access Control & Attendance Systems
- Surveillance & Security Solutions
- IoT-based enterprise solutions
- Experience in handling government projects, tenders, and large enterprise deals.
Excellent skills in:
- Client acquisition & relationship management
- Negotiation and deal closure
- Strategic thinking and business development
