Job Description : - Achieve the company's management-set business objectives assigned for accounts/territories, with an emphasis on expanding current clientele and acquiring new clients. - Build on and keep up Mantra Labs' current clientele through customer service, regular client contact, and technological know-how. - Lead and offer business support to team(s) of project managers and project coordinators to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction and accuracy of all jobs pertaining to clients' accounts assigned. - Manage quote requests, and client special requests, Send proposals, process orders, make payments Follow-ups and lead the development of the delivery of innovative services and solutions to clients. - Conduct market research and generate reports on trends for all current and future accounts. - Share market data (trends, competitive data, etc.) with senior management and marketing. - Assist in managing audits & site visits. - Attend workshops, seminars, and trade shows/exhibitions. - Participate in planning, organisation, and strategy to maximise success criteria. - Arrange client visits, dinners, outings, and quarterly Meetings. What we are Looking for : - Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Someone who can demonstrate a thirst for a better understanding of the client and define the problem and develop solutions twitch a fresh eye perspective. - Proven successful track record working in an Enterprise Sales Lead role or similar senior roles.
