Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM with HR specialization from reputed Institute
- 8 - 12 years of experience in HR as Business HR partner (FMCG/ Pharma preferred).
- Exposure to Marketing / Business roles is an added advantage.
Key Skills:
- Strong business acumen with understanding of marketing / Sales function in pharma or FMCG Industry
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data.
- Knowledge of HR systems (SAP, Success Factors) preferred.
