Manipal Hospitals - Interventional Radiology Consultant

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Consultant Interventional Radiology to join our team in Ahmednagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing minimally invasive, image-guided procedures and delivering high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a wide range of interventional radiology procedures such as angiography, embolization, biopsies, drainage procedures, and vascular interventions.

- Interpret diagnostic imaging including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy.

- Provide consultation to referring physicians regarding appropriate imaging and interventional procedures.

- Ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment planning using imaging techniques.

- Deliver pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care, including monitoring and follow-ups.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, oncologists, and physicians.

- Maintain proper documentation and patient records in accordance with hospital protocols.

- Adhere to radiation safety standards and clinical guidelines.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in interventional radiology and imaging technologies.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

UG: MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery)

PG: MD / DNB in Radiology

Super-Specialization: Fellowship in Interventional Radiology (Mandatory)

Experience:

- 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in interventional radiology

- Freshers with strong academic background and hands-on training in interventional procedures are also encouraged to apply
