Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli for a Branch Manager.

- The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the branch, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring sales growth by achieving business targets.

- Responsibilities include planning and implementing effective customer acquisition strategies, fostering strong relationships with clients and business partners, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in leadership and team management to inspire and guide staff toward achieving business goals.
