Talent Acquisition Manger/ Senior Manager Job Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for SAP professionals (e.g. SAP Functional/ Technical Consultants, SAP Developers, SAP Solution Architects, etc.) - Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking, to identify top talent. - Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles. - Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and talent requirements. - Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet the hiring needs of with a focus on SAP and enterprise technology roles. Exposure of working with SAP Gold or Silver partner will be a huge advantage.
