Our portfolio spans Distribution Transformers (up to 20 MVA/33 kV), Power Transformers, Inverter Duty Transformers (up to 17.6 MVA), and Transformer Components.

As we aggressively expand across EPCs and Solar EPCs, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager Transformers to help us scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of transformers to EPCs & Solar EPCs across India.

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposals, negotiations, and closures.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with EPCs, consultants, and procurement heads.

- Meet and exceed aggressive growth targets aligned with the company vision.

- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to leadership.

- Represent MEIL at key industry exhibitions (ELECRAMA, CWIEME, IEEE PES T&D, etc.).

- What Were Looking For

- 5-10 years of proven sales experience in transformers / power infrastructure industry.

- Strong network with EPCs, Solar EPCs, and consultants.

- Ability to close large-value contracts and manage complex sales cycles.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-driven, ambitious, and aligned with high-growth environments.
