Managing Director/Country Head - India Operations

Position:

Managing Director / Country Head.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and execution-focused leader to drive our India operations and support the companys long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all operational and commercial activities of the business in India.

- Oversee P&L performance and ensure the achievement of strategic and financial objectives.

- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of 200500 employees.

- Drive operational excellence across procurement, logistics, supply chain, and field operations.

- Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, government authorities, and other stakeholders.

- Identify and execute growth opportunities while maintaining a hands-on presence in the field.

Desired Profile:

- 10 - 15 years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within industrial, logistics, waste management, renewable energy, or related sectors.

- Proven experience managing a business with annual revenues of approximately 2050 million.

- Demonstrated success in leading large teams and delivering strong commercial and operational results.

- Significant experience working in India, with international exposurepreferably in Europe.

- Entrepreneurial, stable, and committed to building a long-term career with the organization.

- Hands-on, execution-oriented, and willing to spend substantial time at operational sites.
