Job Title : Manager - US Recruitment (Corporate Hiring)

Work Model: WFO ( post 10 pm can login from home, female candidate)
Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)
Experience Required : 7- 10 years in US recruitment, IC Role
We are seeking a seasoned US Recruiter at Manager level to source for corporate hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level corporate/functional roles (Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, etc.) aThis role requires working closely with US stakeholders, hiring managers, and internal recruitment teams to deliver high-quality talent within defined SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment Management for corporate roles (non-IT) across the US region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Liaise with US stakeholders and hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure hiring timelines are met.
- Drive recruitment metrics and reporting, ensuring KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and pipeline health are consistently achieved.
- Implement process improvements, automation tools, and recruitment best practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws, EEO guidelines, and company policies during the recruitment process.
- Provide market intelligence and talent mapping insights to inform sourcing strategies and workforce planning.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in US recruitment,
- Demonstrated expertise in corporate hiring (Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, etc.) in the US market.
- Strong experience in US hiring practices, including familiarity with US employment laws, visa types, and recruitment compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools, job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice), and Boolean sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; experience working directly with US clients or internal business units.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes while maintaining a focus on quality and candidate experience.
- Data-driven and metrics-focused mindset.
