What We're Looking For:

- 6-8 years of experience in US hiring & sourcing only NON - IT hiring

- Hands-on with Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative sourcing

- Experience working with high-volume and niche mandates

- Comfortable working in US time zone

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

What You'll Do:

- Drive sourcing for critical roles across functions in the US

- Build strong candidate pipelines and deliver against aggressive timelines

- Collaborate closely with TA partners and hiring managers
