We are hiring for a leading financial organization for a Treasury Legal role focused on borrowing transactions, structured finance, and debt market documentation.

The role involves end-to-end legal execution of treasury and fund-raising transactions across banks, NBFCs, investors, and capital market participants.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead legal execution of borrowing and treasury transactions including:

- Term Loans, Syndicated Facilities, Commercial Papers (CPs)

- Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), Securitization / PTC / Direct Assignment transactions

Draft, review and negotiate:

- Facility Agreements, Security Documents

- Escrow Agreements, Debenture Documents

- Trustee Documents, Inter-creditor Arrangements

- Assignment Agreements, Collection & Servicing Agreements

- Advise on transaction structuring, security creation, collateral perfection, and legal risk mitigation

Work closely with:

- Treasury teams, Banks & NBFCs, Trustees, Rating Agencies

- External Counsels, Investors

Ensure compliance with:

- RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs

- Securitisation framework, Digital lending guidelines

- SEBI regulations applicable to debt securities

- Support execution of structured finance and debt market transactions within defined timelines

Desired Candidate Profile:

- LLB / BA LLB from a reputed institute

- 5-10 years of experience in:

- Banking & Finance Law

- Treasury Legal

- Structured Finance

- Debt Capital Markets

- NBFC / Fintech Legal
