Manager\Sr Manager Transformation and strategy ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Candidate will be part of Quality and Process excellence team and aligned to finance and accounting function and will play the role of being team members in various Process improvement initiatives, Finance transformation programs, consulting assignments and RFP/RFI supports The nature of engagements would consist of - Finance Process Optimization - Finance transformation - Finance Function Benchmarking - EBITDA improvement - Working Capital Management improvement - Drive technology enabled digital transformation - Support organization growth through RFP/RFI - Due diligence at client site - Single handedly program manage large transformation programs - Regular interaction with senior client personnel for delivering engagements - Work in a dynamic business environment and willing to adapt to different industries on a continuous basis - Meet stringent quality of engagement delivery through thorough and meticulous planning and execution of the tasks assigned - Conduct research, read thought leadership and knowledge repositories on a regular basis to deliver as per engagement requirements - Monitor progress of work against the engagement plan - Maintain documentation as per required quality standards - Prepare the required deliverables in the format agreed with the Engagement Manager and client THE INDIVIDUAL Strong understanding or demonstrated experience in some of the areas of core finance processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Plan to Perform, Planning & Budgeting, Financial Reporting & Consolidation, Taxation, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Working Capital Management, Business Finance, etc Strong knowledge in the area of quality and process excellence. Have driven large Black Belt/Green Belt projects with significant Business impact Hands on experience in the area of finance transformation/digital transformation. The person should have driven large transformation programs spreading across Geographies and have used/or has understanding of following levers for transformation: - RPA/ ML/AI based solutions to optimize processes - Process reengineering - Advanced Analytics based designs/models (Predictive/Prescriptive). Can bring data and context together. - Implemented BPaaS solutions - Good interpersonal, negotiation skills and ability to effectively influence various levels of management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Possess strong data analytics skills and knowledge of advanced data analytical tools will be an advantage - Developed leadership skills with the ability to collaborate & influence across the matrix and without direct authority - Have demonstrated experience process improvement projects - Demonstrate integrity, values, principles and strong work ethic - Have the ability to work under pressure stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand periodical extended working hours - Open to travel within India or abroad for continuous long periods of time QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE - Should be Any graduate - MBA as additional qualification will be preferred - Good understanding of ERP systems ( Oracle / SAP ) and knowledge of financial reporting applications & tools will be an advantage - Expert knowledge of MS office ( MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc) - Overall 8 to 10 years of professional experience with minimum 6 years of post-qualification working experience in finance function in industry
