Job Title: Associate - Transfer Pricing (Manager Level)

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Experience: 5-7 Years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

We are hiring an Associate - Transfer Pricing to support global transfer pricing operations, documentation, and governance across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires strong technical expertise in transfer pricing compliance, benchmarking, and international tax regulations, along with exposure to financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute and oversee transfer pricing calculations, analysis, and reporting across global entities.

- Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation including Local File, Master File, and regulatory reports.

- Conduct benchmarking analysis and economic analysis for intercompany transactions.

- Work closely with finance, tax, and regional teams to interpret business transactions and ensure accurate transfer pricing treatment.

- Support process optimization and global standardization of transfer pricing workflows and models.

- Monitor regulatory and tax law developments impacting transfer pricing frameworks.

- Drive data-driven reporting and governance, including the use of digital tools and dashboards.

- Manage stakeholder communication and support cross-regional transfer pricing initiatives.

Preferred Background:

- Experience within Financial Services / Investment Banking environments.

- Prior experience in Big 4 consulting firms or global financial institutions.
