Job Title : Training Manager

Location : Bangalore/Mumbai
Experience : 5-8 years (GIA or equivalent certification preferred)
Role Overview:
Responsible for executing retail training programs, coaching store teams, supporting new store launches, and ensuring learning modules, certifications, and compliance training are completed on time across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver product, process, behavioural, and induction training.
- Support new store openings and store readiness.
- Manage LMS and track learning completion.
- Conduct coaching, role plays, and compliance training.
- Align with regional teams and share timely L&D reports.
- Organize learning events and support sales during key periods.
Skills Required:
Customer centricity, coaching & mentoring, retail process knowledge, communication, stakeholder management, team collaboration, and willingness to travel (~15 days/month).
