The Role: The role is with a leading General Insurance Company.
Job Location: Mumbai.
Reports to:
Responsibilities:
- HRMS Administration, Automation and Data Management.
- Manage Compensation and Benefits activities, including incentive plans and payouts.
- Participate in the annual market salary benchmarking exercise and be responsible for validating and analysing the data.
- Budgeting and forecasting Track HR costs on a monthly basis and evaluate gaps/areas of improvement.
- HR Policies and SOPs.
- Manage HR Analytics and Total Rewards for the company.
- Lead HR systems, process automations, data management and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Very Strong in advanced Excel and HR systems.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent Analytical skills and ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work seamlessly across functions.
