Job Title: Manager - Tendering & Estimation.

Job Summary:

- The Manager Tendering & Estimation is responsible for identifying and evaluating tender opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, preparing competitive bids, and ensuring compliance throughout the bid process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate new tender opportunities from public and private clients.

- Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams for bid preparation.

- Prepare cost estimates, rate analyses, and develop technical & commercial proposals.

- Ensure all submissions comply with tender requirements, company policies, and relevant standards.

- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors for competitive pricing.

- Track tender submissions, clarifications, and post-bid follow-ups with clients.

- Maintain updated records of tenders submitted, results, and market trends.

- Support management in strategic decision-making related to pricing and bid strategies.

Qualifications:

Essential: B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Preferred: MBA / PG Diploma in Project Management, Contract Management, or Business Development; or Certification in Cost Estimation, Tendering, or Contract Administration.

Skills & Competencies:

- Proven ability in managing tendering and estimation processes.

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

- In-depth understanding of industry standards, compliance, and contract management.
