Role Overview:

As a Manager - Technical, will be responsible for leading and managing technical projects within the manufacturing and operations domain. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, supply chain, and engineering, to drive process improvements, implement innovative solutions, and ensure seamless project execution. This role directly impacts the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations, contributing to enhanced product quality, reduced costs, and improved customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage manufacturing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Apply problem-solving techniques and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

- Develop and implement solutions to optimize production processes, improve product quality, and reduce waste.

- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.

- Design and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Oversee quality operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Manage delivery of structural engineering solutions for manufacturing and operational improvements.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage manufacturing projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

- Proven expertise in applying problem-solving techniques and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.

- Strong understanding of operations management principles and supply chain optimization strategies.

- Experience in vendor management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.

- Ability to design and implement effective solutions to complex technical challenges.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent experience.

- Knowledge of structural engineering principles related to manufacturing and operational improvements.
