This role would involve active engagement with various stakeholders and evolve implementable models/solutions within the purview of Talent Development and Management. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: The incumbent will primarily be in charge of the following: - To develop Talent via a segmented approach, customised interventions and group developmental practices leading to Talent Mobility, Role Change and Progression. - Drive the Talent Mandate and provide governance in ensuring eligible employees undergo Potential Assessment - Ensure Business (Mid-level employees) & Functional Talent Councils, Talent Communication, and Development Assessment Centre of Talent Pool. - Engagement and work on areas (Learning, Exposures, Experiences) that lead to Career Advancement, Role, and Vertical movement leading to a positive impact on Leadership Scorecard - Work closely with HR Leaders in formulating succession planning - Demonstrate technical competence in Organisational Transformation, Talent Management, Organisational Change Management, Organisational Design and take a business driven approach to solving the talent needs of the firm - Work on various benchmarking initiatives to understand industry trends and research of various dimensions of organisation effectiveness and people practices. - Liaise with key stakeholders in business to understand needs and partner in developing plans for implementation of projects. - A periodic check on the Budget and areas of investment. EDUCATION AND PRIOR EXPERIENCE: - Post Graduate in Human Resources with 5-8 years of experience in the area of Talent Management and Leadership Development in a complex, forward-thinking, and sophisticated environment with a diverse and geographically dispersed set of businesses - Demonstrated experience and success in the Design, Development, and Implementation of Talent Management and Leadership Development programs and processes that enable business performance - Knowledge and experience in the areas of Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Learning Program Design and Development, Talent Assessment, Succession Planning, High- Potential Talent Development, and Leadership Development - Be able to identify and help manage any Potential Issues and Risks during a client assignment COMPETENCIES: - Strong influencing/consulting and collaboration skills that are required to nurture relationships, promote new ideas, and achieve buy-in - Ability to grasp broad organisational issues and consider the needs of varied lines of Business Practices in implementing firm-wide programs - Proven ability to bring programs to fruition across a diverse set of Business Practices and Partner Leaders - Strong project management skills - Well-versed in methodologies for measuring and assessing the effectiveness of programs and processes - Ability to manage stretch roles and delivery timelines - Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills - Comprehensive communication skills [oral and written], conceptualisation and interpersonal skills - Be up to date with key technical and functional skills, and industry trends
