Key Responsibilities:
Policies, Frameworks & Strategy Implementation:
- Support the BCOE Lead in rolling out TM, L&D, and OE strategies
- Benchmark best practices and continuously refine policies
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Design and deliver L&D calendar aligned with business goals
- Promote digital/self-paced learning and track program effectiveness
Talent Management & Succession Planning:
- Drive segmentation, development action plans (DACs), and succession strategies
- Build HR and managerial capabilities for talent conversations
Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP):
- Forecast manpower needs and map talent gaps
- Partner with HR to build future-ready workforce models
Organizational Effectiveness (OE):
- Lead programs like VIBES, VALUE Workshops, Chairmans Awards & more
- Drive engagement initiatives, surveys, and continuous improvement
Analytics & Reporting:
- Maintain dashboards across key HR metrics
- Provide actionable insights for talent and OE initiatives
Compliance & Audits:
- Ensure governance and quality across talent-related processes
