To support the execution of key initiatives in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Employee Experience, and DEI. The role focuses on implementing programs, managing analytics and MIS, vendor coordination, and supporting stakeholder communication to ensure seamless execution and tracking of OD & TM interventions.

Talent Management:

- Coordinate the Talent Review and Succession Planning process.

Organizational Development (OD):

- Assist in Organization Design and Job Evaluation implementation through data collection, mapping, and support documents.

Employee Engagement & Experience:

- Support rollout of Employee Engagement surveys and feedback processes.

- Track and follow up on action plans and engagement initiatives across departments.

- Coordinate DEI programs and awareness campaigns.

- Track DEI metrics and maintain dashboards for reporting and governance.
