Role Overview:
As a Manager of Talent Management based in Mumbai, you will serve as a strategic partner in shaping the high-performance culture of our organization. Your day-to-day involves designing and executing end-to-end talent frameworks, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional HR business partners to align human capital strategies with overarching business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or related field from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Culture Transformation, or Employee Engagement.
- Experience working in medium to large organizations across diverse business environments.
- Exposure to culture-building, change management, and talent development framework.
