Description:


PURPOSE:

- Design, execution, and ongoing management of key talent management processes.

- Key focus areas - performance management, talent reviews, leadership development programs, and succession planning, in close partnership with HRBPs and business stakeholders.

Talent Processes:

- Execute the end-to-end Talent management cycle, including timelines, system readiness, communications, and stakeholder support.

- Support talent identification, potential assessment, and calibration processes across levels.

- Ensure accuracy, discipline, and follow-through on talent data and action plans.

Performance Management:

- Oversee the performance management process, including setting performance standards, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.

- Work closely with CHROs to execute the end-to-end performance management cycle

- Ensure accuracy, discipline, and follow-through on Performance Management governance and action plans.

Talent Reviews & Succession Planning:

- Coordinate and support annual and mid-year talent reviews with business leaders.

- Maintain succession plans for critical roles and track development actions.

- Prepare talent profiles, readiness assessments, and leadership review materials.

Leadership Development Programs:

- Develop and implement talent development programs, including leadership development.

- Support the planning and delivery of leadership development and capability-building programs.

- Coordinate with vendors, faculty, and internal stakeholders for program execution.

- Track participation, feedback, and effectiveness of learning interventions.

Talent Analytics & Reporting:

- Prepare dashboards and reports on performance, potential, succession, and leadership pipelines.

- Provide insights to HR and business leaders to support talent decisions.

- Maintain high-quality talent data in HR systems.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

- Post-graduate degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field

- 7-10 years of HR experience, with 4 - 5 years in Talent Management / HR program

- Experience working with HRBPs and business leaders in a matrixed environment preferred
